Spring vegetables - especially in a risotto, green salad, or simple pasta dish - will be excellent and it’s also fantastic with roast chicken, turkey, or pork.

The scent itself is reminiscent of fresh aromas of apple, grapefruit and mandarin, followed by yeasty notes and sea buckthorn.

The grapes for this wine come from organically cultivated vineyards of Weingut Wittmann and from those of surrounding wine growers in Westhofen. The name of the wine refers to the fertile hills in southern Rheinhessen, the 'home' of Philipp Wittmann. This Riesling is a good example of a 'modern classic': elegant with an invigorating freshness and notes of grapefruit and peach. An impeccable Riesling for everyday enjoyment!
