Tasting Notes

Appearance: Pale straw yellow with brilliant greenish reflections, clean and bright.
Nose: Intensely aromatic and expressive. Opens with clear citrus notes of grapefruit and lime, followed by tropical layers of fresh guava and passion fruit. Delightful, very light aromatic and floral undertones from the Moscatel de Alejandría round out the bouquet.
Palate: Crisp and naturally fresh with the typical vibrant, mouth-watering acidity contributed by the Sauvignon Blanc, which adapts tremendously well to our vineyard. It is light-bodied yet flavorful, offering a clean, dry, and citrus-focused finish.

Service Temperature: Best served well-chilled at 8–10°C (46–50°F).

Food Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif. It pairs magnificently with fresh seafood, Baja-style fish tacos, ceviche, oysters, goat cheese salads, green salads with citrus vinaigrettes, and lightly spiced Asian cuisine.
