It is perfect for any occasion, from appetizers to desserts. Recommended temperature: 4 – 5°C (39 - 41°F).
Organic & biodynamic viticulture: Method traditional. Second fermentation in bottle in the lees which are ageing for a minimum of 18 months. Elaboration of the base wine in the cellar using own grapes, to give the desired personality to each of our sparkling wines. After the disgorging we do not add neither dosage nor Sulphur. Disgorged on demand to ensure that it arrives to the consumer in its best conditions.
On the eyes you will find fine bubbles, on the nose it is clean and with fruity aromas and, on the palate, it is very balanced, light but tasty. Good acidity.
