- Palate: Medium attack with light, subtle bubbles and a finish that reaffirms the aromatic notes.

Wine Profile:
Vinaltura, located in the Valle de Colón, Querétaro, has 20 hectares of vineyards and produces over 200 tons of grapes annually. The soil is diverse, and the vineyard is managed using "sustainable viticulture," respecting the natural environment. Although outside the traditional wine-growing zone, its altitude of 2,000 meters and semi-desert climate with wide temperature variations enable the production of high-quality white and red wines.
