Wine Profile:
In the view it has a pink color with coppery flashes, a fine and constant bubble, a clean and bright wine.
In the nose it has a high aromatic intensity with notes of fresh fruits and dried fruits, highlighting peach, orange, strawberry, hazelnuts and almonds.
When you taste it you will feel a broad attack on the palate with a very marked and pleasant explosion of bubbles, a balanced wine with long permanence in the mouth with a fresh finish and very good acidity.
Vinaltura is in the Colón Valley, Querétaro and has 20 hectares of vineyards, more than 100,000 vines and 15 varieties of grapes between white and red, organized in small plots and with the capacity to produce more than 200 tons of grapes for winemaking. every year.
The soil is clay loam on the surface, followed by a layer of calcareous tepetate and, finally, a stony base composed of flagstone and basalt.
To manage the vineyard, we use the “reasoned viticulture” approach, respecting the environment and the biological diversity of the region.
