This wine has been made of grapes from certified organic vineyards following European Union regulations. The vineyards of the Verdejo variety, native to the area, are planted in sandy soils covered with boulders and are in the southeastern part of the Rueda Denomination of Origin in the province of Segovia.
The harvest was done manually, and the grapes were pressed, the must fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve all its characteristic aromas.
On the view with an attractive straw-yellow color, its aromas of white fruits stand out, interspersed with herbaceous notes such as laurel, fennel, and aromatic plants from scrubland (thyme). On the palate it is balanced with light and refreshing acidity, it offers some bitter notes typical of the Verdejo variety, and a tasty and long finish in the mouth.
