Food pairing: 

Serve cold, on the rocks or in mixology. We suggest a simple mix, where your profile is still present in the mix. With 1 ice, mineral water and grated grapefruit or tangerine. It also works perfect as a Mistela Spritz, with sparkling wine and again grapefruit or tangerine zest. Recommended temperature: 6 – 8 °C (42 - 46°F)

Wine Profile:

Made with around 15 plant extracts and native and wildflowers from Baja California, harvested throughout the year at different stages of flowering. The base wine is made from Moscato Canelli, Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Zinfandel and Grenache wine and must (the same ones we use in our white and rosé wine). The base blend is fortified, aged for six months in neutral oak, and macerated with herbal and floral extracts.

  • Free shipping for orders over $200 MXN within the Huatulco Bays area Huatulco Bays area. Orders are usually delivered in 90 minutes or less, from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
  • For other areas of the Mexican Republic, shipping is free on purchases over 3000 pesos. purchases over $3000 MXN and deliveries take around 3 to 5 business days.
  • For purchases under $3000 MXN, shipping costs $100 MXN within the State of Oaxaca and $250 MXN for the rest of the Mexican Republic. Deliveries take around 3 to 5 business days.
