Tasting Notes
- Appearance (Vista): Clean, brilliant, and deeply intense red color.
- Nose (Nariz): Powerful and complex. Prominent notes of ripe red fruits—such as black cherries and stewed plums—perfectly interwoven with spicy aromas.
- Palate (Boca): Full-bodied, robust, and beautifully balanced. Chewy, structured tannins are complemented by rich fruit flavors and delicate, light hints of vanilla from the extended French oak aging. A long, warm, and memorable finish.
Service Temperature: Serve at 17–18°C (62–64°F). Decanting for 45 minutes is highly recommended to unleash its full aromatic potential.
Food Pairing: A robust wine perfect for rich, structured dishes. Pair with prime rib, grilled lamb, venison, complex reduction sauces, Mexican mole poblano, or intense dark chocolate desserts (70%+ cocoa).
