Grape Variety: 100% Tempranillo
Aging: 3 months in French and American oak barrels
Region: DO Ribera del Duero, Spain
Pairs wonderfully with White meats, Semi-cured cheeses and Poultry. Recommended temperature: 15-19°C (56-66°F)
On the view it presents a cherry red color with a high layer, clean and with good shine. Very intense on the nose, with a predominance of red fruit and the primary aromas of alcoholic fermentation; slight spicy notes from its passage through the barrel. In the mouth it is fresh, with body and very integrated tannins. Agile in its passage through the mouth, it invites us to continue drinking.
This wine is a selection of vineyards around PIÑEL DE ABAJO, PESQUERA DE DUERO and QUINTANILLA DE ARRIBA, completed with some vineyards from the Ribera del Duero Burgalesa. Selection of fresher vineyards, with traditional production after vatting for 10 days at 24°C seeking a balance between fruit and extraction. An agile and full-bodied wine is obtained, which continues to maintain all the varietal power of Tinta Fina.
