Winemaking & Aging Sourced from our estate vineyard in Parras, Coahuila, planted on deep calcareous soils with sandy-loam texture. The desert climate — with its high daytime temperatures and cold nights — promotes optimal grape development and natural acidity. Aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels, contributing complexity, spice, and a light smoky character.
