Winemaking & Aging
Crafted by winemaker José Trillo Rivas using 100% Malbec grapes adapted to the high-altitude terroir of Alto de Parras. The wine undergoes 14 to 15 months of barrel aging (French, American, and Hungarian oak), gaining aromatic complexity, structure, and depth while maintaining a vibrant fruit character. Cellaring potential of up to 5 years.
