Tasting Notes:
The structure of Cabernet Sauvignon is evident in the wine with its tannicity and presence of blackcurrant. Sangiovese gives it its power and black cherry flavor, with herbaceous and smoky notes. Malbec contributes its flavor of dried figs and red fruits.
The harvest is done by hand and the fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The expert hand of the winemaker results in a velvety, elegant and powerful wine that, when drunk fresh, shows its fruity nuances.
