Made following the traditional method, fermentation at temperature in stainless steel tanks, skin maceration and slow pressing without stirring. Cherry in color, with violet hues, on the nose it is very fruity, notes of plum, raspberry, milky aromas that remind us of yogurt, as it takes in oxygen, it presents very elegant notes of vanilla, certain herbal perfumes, in the mouth it is unctuous, fresh, with structure and a broad finish.
