Grape Variety: 65% Chardonnay, 30% Scheurebe, 5% Muskat-Ottonel
Aging: Vinification, after selective handpicking the whole grape bunches are pressed to produce the concentrated Spätlese juice. The fermentation is stopped by cooling and filtration. Afterwards, it is aged in stainless steel.

Wine Profile:
Medium yellow, in the nose ripe yellow fruit with citrus notes, very present on the palate, plump fruit, sweet and sweet and beautiful length.
Soil Type
Rich and very fertile chernozem black earth on a fundament of limy sediments with a layer rich of organic matter on top.
Viticulture
Year-round soil cover with plants and greens promoting beneficial insects on every second vine row. Additional cover on other vineyard areas for 6 months a year. Careful pruning and foliage work make for vigorous vines and moderate yield.
