It is a wine with a certain complexity, insofar as it unfolds in a glass it presents diversity in aromas and structure, powerful and spicy. It must be accompanied by dishes with strong flavors such as red meat, pork, marrow and kid. Recommended temperature: 15-17°C (59-62°F).
Limpid and bright red wine, with violet hues and cherry color sparkles. On the nose, the wine is quite expressive with aromas of red fruits such as strawberry, soft notes of pepper, anise and toasted notes of wood. In the mouth, the wine is quite balanced in terms of alcohol and acidity, it is very fresh and persistent with a rather subtle and fruity aftertaste.
