Aging: In stainless steel tanks on fine lees for 12 months. Manual harvest with selection of grapes. Direct pressing without destemming (pneumatic press). Cold static settling followed by fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks (16 to 20°C).

With grilled fish dishes, raw and lightly cooked in sauce, shellfish, poultry, white meat. Perfect for roast pork, veal chops, seafood, and goat cheese. Recommended temperature:10°C (50°F )

Terroir: Granite and arcose sand. Granite subsoil.

On the eye it has a light yellow with golden hues and green reflections. It has fruity and floral aromas at the same time. You can easily recognize notes of lemon, mirabelle plum and orange blossom.
When you taste it you will find a tense and mineral structure, with a good roundness It is a fresh wine, almost saline. It has an excellent finish, very persistent.
