Wine Profile:
The Italian family Cuneo founded Casas del Bosque in 1993. Located in Valle de Casablanca at 70km from Santiago and 30km from the Valparaiso port. The soils under the winery are volcanic in nature and were formed 110 million years ago under the Pacific Ocean. They are characterized by containing compounds of shallow red clay.
The wine has a clear straw color with green highlights. Its aroma is elegant, with notes of citrus and white flowers it also displays the very distinctive scent of green chili. In the mouth it feels dry and crispy, its fruitiness and refreshing acidity are confirmed
