It should be accompanied with dishes not very complex, they can be slightly spicy. If they are fried foods they can harmonize very well with wine. Makes an excellent paring with meats with light sauces, fish, seafood, canapés and snacks. Recommended temperature: 8-10°C (46-50°F).
Clean and bright rosé wine, with orange tones, quite fruity on the nose, with aromas of peach, pear and orange zest. In the mouth, the entry is quite fresh with an extraordinary balance, integrated acidity and a long finish.
