Wine Profile:
It is obtained from the careful vinification of the best grapes following the Charmat method. The aging period in the yeasts brings out many more flavors and the expressiveness of the grapes. The Vineyards are in the heart of the Friuli area, in the La Delizia Agricultural Farm, it has a soil of alluvial origin and an exceptional climate.

On the nose it is quite intense, with fruity notes of golden apple, light toasted notes.
In the mouth it is quite intense, with a very persistent and sweet body, the fruitiness and the balance between acidity and alcohol are confirmed, it presents a fine and persistent perlage.
