This Mexican Viognier from San Luis Potosí (13.5% ABV) is a bright yellow wine with golden reflections. It offers an aromatic profile of candied citrus peel, red apple, nectarine, and floral notes like rose and honeysuckle. Aged in stainless steel tanks and for 6 months in bottle, it presents a creamy, mineral taste with medium acidity and a long, balanced finish. Ideal with seafood, Asian cuisine, and soft cheeses, this wine has an aging potential of 3 years.
