A 100% Malbec from Pozo de Luna, San Luis Potosí, aged 14 months in French and American oak. It has a deep purple color with Mexican pink reflections. It offers aromas of ripe black fruits, violets, figs, cocoa, and vanilla. On the palate, it's fresh, mineral, with round tannins and a long finish. Created by friends Manuel Muñiz and José Cerrillo, with the expertise of enologist Dr. Joaquín "Quino" Madero and sommelier Alfredo Oria.
Variety: Malbec 100%
Vineyard: 100% estate-grown grapes from Pozo de Luna and El Jaralito vineyards.
Aging: 14 months in French and American oak barrels.
Harvest Yield: 6,000 kg. per hectare.
Alcohol: 13.5%

Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Deep purple with Mexican pink reflections.
- Nose: Intense ripe black and blue fruits; notes of violets, figs, cocoa, sweet spices, pepper, and toasted vanilla.
- Palate: Round tannins, great freshness, minerality, and roundness leading to a very long and complex finish.
Suggested Food Pairing: Ideal with grilled meats, lamb, suckling pig, pizzas, aged cheeses. Regional dish: carne asada.
