Chicken, risotto, pasta, pork, pizza, sealed tuna and salts. Avoid strong spices, red meats in cuts, such as Rib-Eye or T-Bone, sauces with high acidity and creamy sauces. Recommended temperature: 14 -16°C (57 - 61°F)
Bright red wine, ruby red with ocher flashes and a low layer. Complex aromatic profile with present fruitiness, earthy notes, cocoa, tea and nutmeg. High medium intensity. Tasty and long finish in the mouth, polished tannin, and persistent and creamy aftertaste.
