Rosé wine made with Bobal grapes, fermentation occurs spontaneously with autochthonous yeasts, an average of two weeks under a controlled temperature of 16-18°C, rests on lees for several months, the grapes come from vineyards over 60 years old at a height of 850m.
Intense strawberry color, on the nose it presents fruity and herbal notes, aromas of strawberry, raspberry and certain notes of gummies, certain notes of thyme, on the palate it is very different, on the nose, the fruitiness is confirmed, it is fresh with a broad and dry finish.
