Orange wine that undergoes fermentation with the skins for 15 days at a controlled temperature of 18-22°, is pressed very lightly and rests for months on its beds, grapes that come from plots of more than 30 years at an altitude of 850 m mostly clayey soils.
Brilliant orange in color, on the nose it is fruity and herbal, notes of citrus skin, when drinking air in the glass you can hear notes of eucalyptus, on the palate it is fresh, with a tannic presence in an elegant way with a broad and fresh finish.
