From organic vineyards between 25 to 40 years old, dry and goblet formation. We obtain a wine that is intense in fruit and aromas with power and balance.
A refreshing, elegant, balanced and full-bodied wine. Parajes del Valle follows a unique and particular style: organic, contemporary wines. Designed exclusively to enjoy, they avoid artifice and masking, they are honest, refreshing, aromatic and very varietal.
White wine from Macabeo grapes, alcoholic fermentation begins in stainless steel and ends in concrete tanks.
