Viticulture: Traditional agriculture with vineyards between 25 and 40 years old. Soil rich in minerals with excellent drainage.
Vinification: Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes, cluster selection at the winery, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control, and a 10-day maceration at controlled temperature.
Aging: 3 months in used French oak barrels.
Serving Temperature Recommended between 14°C - 16°C (57°F - 61°F).
Food Pairing: Perfect with white meats, cured meats, semi-aged cheeses, and light stews.
