Wine Profile:
This wine is made in our Lagar da Condesa winery, located in the Salnès Valley, belonging to Galicia, in the Northwest of Spain. Albariño grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine was kept in contact with its fine lees to provide the creamy structure and round finish on the palate and ensure optimal conditions for consumption.
