Ideal to accompany soft starters, pasta with fish sauce, rice, vegetables, white meat, grilled white fish, cod, spicy dishes and as an aperitif. Recommended temperature: 8-10°C (46-50°F).
Straw yellow color, with greenish reflections. On the nose it is complex, of medium intensity, marked by aromas of fruits and white flowers, fennel and a balsamic background. In the mouth it is complex, glyceric, vertical with a final bitterness that lengthens the sensations in the mouth and with a long after taste.
