Overall Impression An easy-drinking, fruit-forward rosé with a beautiful Provençal hue and a refreshing balance of acidity.
Winemaking & Aging Pressed without stems, using only 50% of the juice to avoid excessive color extraction. Clarified at low temperature for 48 hours, then fermented with selected yeasts under strict temperature control between 12–15°C for 2 to 3 weeks. Preserved in stainless steel tanks to maintain freshness.
