It is a natural red wine, with the least possible intervention both in the field and in cellar, without yeasts or sulfites added. Made from a maceration carbonic preserving the freshness of the youngest grapes in our vineyard. It does not pass-through barrels, passing directly from the stainless-steel tanks to the bottle, thus making it an easy wine to drink and very pairable.
