Inspired by the Honrado Concejo de la Mesta, this wine pays tribute to the medieval association of shepherds who protected the cañadas (traditional sheep-grazing routes). Today, flocks continue to cross our vineyards in the heart of Castile during the annual transhumance, reminding us of ancestral rights and a life lived in harmony with nature.
