Wine Profile:
The vineyards are located on 114 hectares of the family in the Andes Mountains, at an altitude of 800 meters above sea level. They are irrigated by the melting of the Diamante River. The area is characterized by little rainfall, intense sun, and cool nights. This favors slow ripening of the grapes. This makes the wines produced have intense colors, expressive of complex aromas and flavors.
Tasting Notes:
- The wine has a vivid ruby red color.
- Its aroma is mainly fruity, with notes of plum, raspberries and some spicy floral notes like violets.
- In the mouth, the sweet tannins stand out, as they provide a smooth and unctuous texture, confirming the ripeness of the fruits.
