Wine Profile:
Grapes are fermented separately in small stainless-steel tanks at a temperature of 24º to 30º C, remaining with the skins for 12 to 15 days: aging for a minimum of 20 months in French and American oak barrels.
On the view it has a cherry red color with ruby reflections.
On the nose it has aromas of currant, cherry, plum, dried fruits; cocoa, chocolate, coffee, nuts, vanilla, orozuz and spices, tobacco, wood, leather and smoked products.
In the mouth it is full-bodied, round, balanced, with ripe and velvety tannins and very long persistence.
