Tasting Notes:
- At first glance it presents a straw yellow color, with steely nuances and golden edges, clean and transparent.
- On the nose we find a good intensity of aromas, initially appearing notes of stone fruit such as apricot and peach, accompanied by light citrus memories, and herbaceous details typical of the varietal.
- In the mouth the wine is dry, with good acidity that gives us freshness, elegant but nervous. An ideal wine for an aperitif that always pairs wonderfully with seafood

The grape Sauvignon Blanc comes from a 10 hectare ecological vineyard planted in 1985 by Aníbal Asensio at 800 meters above sea level on the Duero River, between the towns of Valdestillas and Serrada. Production of 6,000 kilos per hectare
