Aging:
Maceration lasted 20 days with the temperature maintained below 24 ºC. The wine was macerated in contact with the skins before being deposited in stainless steel tanks, where the malolactic fermentation took place.

Tasting Notes:
- Dense ruby/purple-colored wine.
- On the nose, exuberant aromas of crème de cassis, licorice, truffle, and acacia flower stand out.
- Full-throttle, exotic, deep and broad on the palate, with great intensity. Ready to drink in the next 3–4 years, though it may last longer.
Wine Profile:
Made from Monastrell grapes handpicked from vineyards located at 700 meters above sea level in La Aragona, 10 km northeast of Jumilla. The average age of the vines is 25 years. The grapes were harvested manually in the second week of September. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks, this wine reflects the terroir of Jumilla without the use of oak, focusing on varietal purity and intensity.
