Bideona presents its "Cosechero 2.0" project. It is a contemporary reinterpretation of the traditional wine-making heritage of Rioja Alavesa. This wine is a tribute to the daily labor of true viticulturists, featuring a series of six sequential labels illustrated with their portraits.

Concept: A young, juicy, and versatile red wine without oak aging.

Origin: Sourced from exceptional vineyards on the slopes of the Sierra Cantabria.

Philosophy: Produced without carbonic maceration or methods that mask its origin, aiming to preserve traditional viticulture and historical vineyards.

Style: Fresh and accessible, yet showcasing the characteristic depth and purity of its region.

• Aroma: Pure and intense primary aromas of black and blue fruits, with hints of violet and scrubland.
• Palate: Medium-bodied with notable freshness and fruit concentration.
• Structure: Features fine, chalky tannins and a fresh acidity that provides excellent gastronomic versatility.
