Aging: Maceration-fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After malolactic fermentation and a passage through French wood that varies depending on the characteristics of the harvests, it has remained in stainless steel tanks until bottling.

Ideal to accompany rice dishes with game and honeyed meat, stewed vegetables, mushrooms, game and poultry, casseroles, fish and shellfish in sauce, smoked meats, cured and blue cheeses, grilled and grilled white and red meats, roasts of lamb, pork. Recommended temperature: 15 - 18 ºC (59 – 64 ºF)
Attractive intense cherry color with violet hues and powerful aromas of ripe red fruit, roasted, spices and smoky notes. Of great structure, it is very mature and sweet, powerful, tasty and elegant, with a good entry on the palate and very persistent. Perfectly integrated fruit, alcohol and wood in a harmonious balance that makes it very pleasant to drink. With a long aftertaste, it maintains the typical "sweetness" of Monastrell.
