Maceration-fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After the malolactic fermentation, it has remained in the tank until bottling.

It is ideal for rice, pasta, white and blue fish, goat cheeses, sausage without much paprika, vegetable and legume dishes, mushrooms, veal, white and red meats with creamy sauces and to the griddle or grill. Recommended temperature: 15 - 18 ºC (59 – 64 ºF)
This wine has been made from grapes from organic vineyards according to the regulations of the European Union and the United States. The vines are planted on limestone soils, without irrigation and with very poor yields, the rainfall does not exceed 300 mm per year, obtaining grapes of the highest quality without the need for the addition of phytosanitary products.
Cherry red wine with a medium-high layer. On the nose, attractive floral aromas stand out with hints of ripe fruit and a balsamic background. It is balanced and fresh on the palate, lively and tasty with adequate acidity and noble tannins of ripe fruit.
