LOS CEDROS FUSIÓN BLEND

This FUSIÓN wine from Sierra de Arteaga, Coahuila, Mexico, is a bold blend of Shiraz, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon, aged for 16 months in French oak, presenting an intense plum color, complex aromas of ripe red fruit and spices, a fresh, structured palate with velvety tannins, and a long, fruity finish, representing the culmination of their enological art.

Winemaking & Aging: FUSIÓN 2021 is a blend of select red grape varieties, a direct evolution from "Primicias," our first wine produced in 2012. It's aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, resulting in a wine of great complexity and an elegant structure.

1. Appearance: This wine presents a plum color with a garnet rim. It's clean, with a medium-to-high intensity. 
2. Nose: The aroma is complex and elegant, highlighting ripe red fruit. You'll find balsamic freshness, along with light notes of cinnamon and aromatic herbs. The wood is well-integrated, offering hints of toasted coconut and toffee. 
3. Palate: It's fresh and structured, with velvety tannins and a good body. The long, fruity finish rounds out the experience.
