This wine is ideal to accompany a Carre with vegetables and sweet potato biscuit. Recommended temperature: 16 - 18°C (60 - 64°F)
On the view it has a deep purplish red color, on the nose it has full aromas of red fruits, and on the palate, it is round, good character, friendly tannins.
Harvest and manual selection of bunches and grains. From 12 to 24 hours of pre-fermentative maceration between 5 and 8°C. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and concrete pools. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation in concrete pools.
Service temperature for this wine is between 16º and 18º C, Aging potential 4 years. Store in a cool, dark place, and without vibrations.
