Recommended to accompany fruit salads, fish tacos, lemon pie, barbecue, quesadillas with squash blossom, huitlacoche and rajas. Recommended temperature: 8 - 10°C (46 - 50°F)

On the view: Straw yellow with golden sparkles with a fine, constant, and abundant bubble; Rosaries of very marked bubbles that end in a defined crown, highlighting the limpidity and brilliance. On the nose: High aroma intensity where fruity and sweet notes such as apple, honey, seeds, and nuts stand out. On the mouth: Broad attack on the palate with a very marked and pleasant bubble explosion, fresh, a dry wine with juicy acidity.
