History and Dedication: Dedicated to the ancient prehistoric elephants that lived in Torre in Pietra. Several fossils were found on this site during restoration work in the early 20th century to expand the winery's tuff caves.
Winemaking: The three varieties are harvested and vinified separately.
Aging on Lees: They are aged on fine lees for two months.
Tank Refinement: In a stainless steel tank.
Bottle Maturation: 3 months.
