With high acidity and a subtle bitterness, Verdejo makes a great food wine and palate cleanser. Try it with fish tacos, lime chicken, carnitas, and seitan stakes. Recommended temperature: 10°C (50°F )
At sight it presents a yellow straw color, with greenish hues, clean, bright, and transparent. On the nose it is elegant, of great intensity, appearing at first balsamic and varietal aromas such as fennel, hay, cut grass and anise, which give way to hints of citrus and white fruit. On the palate it is broad, fresh, with intense acidity, keeping the perfect balance with sugar.
