Wine Profile:
Domaine Weinbach began practicing biodynamics on 8 hectares in 1998, and since the 2005 vintage, the entire 38-hectare vineyard has been cultivated using this method. Going beyond classic organic practices, biodynamics is a way to create harmony between the soil, plant, and environment by using natural preparations and considering celestial rhythms. The winery has found that this approach, which is certified by Ecocert (organic) and Demeter (biodynamic), produces a more complex and authentic wine.
