ADN Noir represents the essence of black grapes in the Champagne region. Its name evokes the genetic identity of the Collard-Picard house: a combination of precision, character, and a profound respect for origin. This Blanc de Noirs is born on the right bank of the Vallée de la Marne, an enclave that bestows richness and a distinctive structure to the grapes.

Philosophy: Absolute respect for the living environment through the use of organic amendments, tillage, cover crops, and recycling of raw materials.

Origin: Vallée de la Marne (Right bank), Champagne, France.

Character: A wine of great depth and complexity, the result of prolonged aging and artisanal vinification that highlights varietal purity.

Wine Type: Champagne Blanc de Noirs.

Grape Variety: 50% Pinot Meunier and 50% Pinot Noir.

Farming Method: Environmentally respectful viticulture; clay-limestone soils.

Vinification: 

Use of native yeasts, alcoholic fermentation and aging in large oak barrels (72hl) for approximately 12 months, no malolactic fermentation (blocked) to preserve freshness.

Minimum aging of 5 to 6 years in the bottle on its lees.

Technical Data: Dosage: Extra-Brut ($3~g/L$) or Demi-Sec ($39~g/L$).

Reserve: Based on a perpetual reserve from 2015 to 2019.
