Aging: Cold pre-fermentation maceration with dry ice, 11 months: 70% in barrels (100% French oak: 1/3 new wood; 1/3 one year old wood; 1/3 two-year-old wood); 30% in vats.

Clos de los Siete 2017 presents a deep red color in the glass with purple sparkles typical of Malbec. An intense and complete aroma is perceived on the nose, with subtle notes of fruits and spices. In the mouth it is possible to perceive ripe and sweet tannins complemented by a pleasant acidity and finesse. This wine is lively, with good body and at the same time a friendly style, a characteristic that we have always sought in our Clos de los Siete.
