Grape Variety: 100% Tempranillo
Aging: 12 months aging in concrete.
Region: Ribera del Duero, Spain
Fresher styles of tempranillo like this match well with baked pasta and other tomato-based dishes. Recommended temperature: 15 - 18 ºC (59 – 64 ºF)
Intense cherry red color with mauve tones. On the nose it shows all the potential of the pure varietal, stewed red fruits and interesting reminiscences of fine herbs (Thyme). In the mouth its volume stands out, confirming all the red fruit that we previously perceived on the nose and with a roundness on the palate that amazes for such a young wine, with a long and fresh aftertaste, seasoned with notes of scrubland and scrub. Very well integrated tannins and a balsamic acidity that provides structure.
