A historic Southern Rhône cuvée produced since the 17th century by the Lançon family from organic and Demeter-certified biodynamic estate vineyards. Blended from classic terroirs of sandy soils and rounded pebbles, this elegant Châteauneuf-du-Pape combines rich red fruit, garrigue, and fine cocoa notes with a supple, harmonious structure and up to 15 years of cellaring potential

Viticulture: Certified Organic (since 2020) and Demeter Certified Biodynamic (since 2023); low yields (28 hl/ha) with double grape selection (vineyard & sorting table)

Winemaking: Hand-harvested in 25 kg crates, native yeast fermentation in truncated cone concrete vats with partial whole-bunch inclusion; bottled unfined and unfiltered

Aging: 15 months aging (90% in concrete tanks, 10% in one-wine barrels)

Cellaring Potential: Drink now or cellar up to 15 years

Tasting Notes:

1. Nose: Rich bouquet of Southern French garrigue and wild red fruits.
2. Palate: Medium-bodied, round, and balanced with lovely sweetness, showing layers of cocoa, morello cherry, and a long, smooth finish with licorice hints
