Vinification: The grapes are harvested at night. Skin maceration is short before pressing. Fermentation occurs at a low temperature for a few hours to reveal all the aromas and finesse of this refined wine.

2. Nose: Fragrance with notes of red berries and grapefruit.
3. Palate: Very ripe, full, and balanced. A combination of fruit (Nectarine) and freshness (Corsican citron). Fine and long on the palate. Pure and savory with a slight bitterness at the finish.

Château Roubine is a historic vineyard located in the heart of the Var region in Provence, situated between the Verdon and the Mediterranean. Its 130 hectares, with 72 hectares of vines, benefit from an ideal east-west orientation and clay-limestone soil.

Known since the 14th century, the estate was once owned by the Knights Templar. It was recognized in 1955 as one of the 23 "Cru Classé" estates of Côtes de Provence. The vineyard is committed to sustainable agriculture, certified since 2017, reflecting its deep respect for the natural environment.
