Aging: This wine was produced by Albert Bichot. The grapes are harvested at their optimum degree of maturity and undergo modern vinification at a very low temperature, between 15 and 18°C. Aging takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperature and in an inert atmosphere to preserve the freshness of the wine.
