Grape Variety: 50% Pinot Noir, 50% Syrah
Aging: This wine was produced by Albert Bichot. The grapes are harvested at their optimum degree of maturity and undergo modern vinification at a very low temperature, between 15 and 18°C. Aging takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperature and in an inert atmosphere to preserve the freshness of the wine.

A perfect match for a herb-crusted salmon fillet or a Brie and sun-dried tomatoes pork fillet. Recommended temperature: 15 - 17°C (59 - 62°F)
Clear ruby with purple tint; fragrant nose of baker's yeast, red plum, spices, and red berries; extra dry, medium body; ripe plum and berry flavors with a touch of spice; balanced acidity.
